Executive Chairman, Dr. Brian Reuben, as Special Envoy on European Transformation
and Global Coherence.

across Europe, this appointment reflects The Sixteenth Council’s deepening
engagement with global challenges that transcend borders and demand principled
leadership.
As Special Envoy, Dr. Reuben will lead a portfolio of strategic dialogues, institutional
