He began working at the Council in April 2024, focusing in conducting in-depth study on global politics and security. He worked as a Communication Specialist at the Office of the Chief of Staff of the President of Afghanistan, where he constructed efficient interministerial communication systems and assisted with initiatives to promote good governance. He developed communication plans, reorganized operations, and established a public information platform as the Ministry of Transport's spokesperson to increase transparency. Before this, he worked in the Office of the Chief Executive to strengthen how the Chief Executive Office communicated with the national and international media, making sure that information flowed unrestricted accurately, and transparently. As a leader of the Student Union at Kabul University, Ayobi demonstrated his leadership abilities early on by speaking out for student problems and developing his public speaking and leadership abilities. To bring Afghan youth united and advance democratic ideas and human rights, he subsequently created the Omid-e Mushtarak Movement (Common Hope). Ayobi holds a bachelor's degree in press and journalism from Kabul University, a European master’s in human rights and democratization from the Global Campus of Human Rights, and a diploma in political science and diplomacy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan. He has contributed to scholarly discourse through articles such as “From Unity to Division: The Rise of Extremism” and “From Kabul to Gaza: Lessons Unlearned in the Fight Against Terror”, in which he explores the complexities of extremism and conflict in regions affected by war. Currently, Ayobi is focused on promoting peace and combating extremism in unstable regions like Afghanistan. By combining his extensive practical experience with analytical insight, he continues to make meaningful contributions to the global dialogue on security, stability, and international cooperation.
